 -Presently working here as a Realtor.  Just started with this company in October, 2008.  I am looking to continue to work with buyers, generate leads, and refer business out with the new systems I have in place. 

Keller Williams Realty (Bulk of Real Estate Experience) 2004-2008

  -During this time, I came across a team oriented real estate company with a new business construct.  At this company I partnered with the Rondolet Team which later became A Chamber Group where I performed the function of a Buyer's Agent.  During my time at KW I was emerged in many educational classes which sparked my technology interest.  This interest was multiplied by a curious hunger to see what exactly can be done with the latest technologies to advance my real estate business.  It became more of an art rather than work for me.  My yearly production was between 15-20 sales each year.  Tasks included: Lead conversion, lead management, database entry, writing contracts, showing homes, making appointments, counseling buyers, referring business, and much more.  Toward the end I began to learn very inexpensive ways to generate leads by using my computer knowledge.  

 

Patt White GMAC Real Estate (First Year in Real Estate) 2003-2004

- With this company I was initiated into the real estate business while being mentored by an individual who in his own words told me "I have been doing this business for more years than you have been on this earth".  All that is to say, I learned multiple negotiation strategies and creative, although strict contract writing early on in my real estate career.  

 Assistant Manager at The downs of East Stroudsburg (Off track wagering)  2001-2003

- Here, I learned a lot about  customer service in that, when dealing with customers that  are either winning big or losing everything; I became well acquainted with "easy to work with" and "difficulty to work with"  customer types.  Also while being employed here I learned about team leadership and cooperation.
